Admissions

It is very important that you manage the timing of your application carefully and submit a complete application. We operate a staged admissions process and confirmed, or in some cases, wait list places are awarded at the end of each of the four stages.

To be considered for admission to Aegis School of Business & Telecommunication, we require you to submit:
1. A copy of your updated Resume for pre-application screening at admission@aegisedu.org
2. Completed application form (Paper based or Online)
3. Application essays
4. Two letters of recommendation
5. Copies of academic transcript of grades from each program attended
6. Valid Test Score:  The test scores are mandatory for MBA/PGP and MPTM
For MBA/PGP: GMAT, GRE, CAT, CMAT, XAT, CMAT, or Basic Aptitude Test for Employability (BATE).

For MPTM and MPIS: GRE, MAT, CAT, GATE, CMAT, XAT Or BATE (Basic Aptitude Test for Employability)

Candidates paasing the Alexander Graham Bell Scholarship process by clearing BATE (Basic Aptitude Test for Employability) and interview will be admitted to Masters Program in Telecom Management (MPTM)/ MBA /MS in Telecom Management or EMPTM/ EMBA in Telecom studies at Aegis.

*Note: candidates not having any of the test scores can request for scheduling
BATE (Basic Aptitude Test for Employability), an online test similar to GMAT to be conducted at Aegis campus or Reliance World. BATE is conducted by TrackExcel formerly known G4testing this company conducts and designs campus recruitment test for Capgemini, Hexaware, TCS etc

7. TOEFL IBT scores or IELTS, if undergraduate degree is not in English Language. (Aegis TOEFL code is 5730)
8. Application processing fee of $50 or INR 2000 to be paid as DD in the name of "Aegis School of Business", payable at Mumbai or Electronic Transfer

3. Application processing fee of $50 or INR 2000 to be paid as DD in the name of "Aegis School of Business", payable at Mumbai or Electronic Transfer
4. Interviews (Personal or Telephonic)
5. Admission Offers Extended
6. Admission confirmation by non-refundable Reservation Fee of INR 50,000 or $1,000. Both the Commitment and Reservation Fees will be deducted from the total tuition fee liability.

How To Apply
To begin with, complete the application form. The form can be filled out online or sent in with the accompanying documents. Online application is recommended. The essays give you the opportunity to show the aptitude, abilities and character that make you a compelling candidate.

The application requires a CV/Resume, two letters of recommendation, and copies of academic transcripts.

If you are amongst the successful applicants short-listed for an interview, the admissions team will contact you and arrange an appointment. The Admission Committee's decision is communicated to each interviewee within a week of the interview date.

Full Time MBA/ PGP and Masters Program in Telecom Management (MPTM)

  1. August 2010-11: Session commencing from 2 August 2010
  2. March 2011-12: Session commencing from 15 March 2011

Part Time Executive Masters Program in Telecom Management (EMPTM)

  1. July 2010-12 session
    Distance Learning Model through video conferencing: Session commencing from 17 July 2010.
    Block week and Sunday Model: Session commencing from 17 July 2010.
    Traditional Weekend Model: Session commencing from 17 July 2010.
