These awards are for following category:

3) Next Graham Bell for bachelors/ masters degree candidates of engineering, science and technology of 2010, 2009, 2008 and 2007.
Eligibility for category 3 (students):
- Minimum score of 65% or 7.0 CGPA for BE/BTech, MCA, M.Tech, MSc and MS in Final year 2010 batch all branches.
- Minimum score of 70% or 7.5 CGPA for BE/BTech, MCA, M.Tech, MSc and MS for batch 2009, 2008 and 2007 all branches.
- For candidates from IITs, NITs (former RECs), Mumbai University, Pune University and top 30 Engineering colleges in India Minimum score of 65% or 7.0 CGPA (on 10 scale)
Please note that:
- Candidates having 60% - 65% in Final Yr BE/B Tech (2010 batch) can appear for BATE test. If they clear the test and interview, they will be admitted to Masters Program in Telecom Management (MPTM)/ MBA /MS in Telecom Management at Aegis. However they do not qualify for Alexander Graham bell scholarship, but they can apply for work assistance/ part time jobs.
- The same condition is valid for candidates having 60% - 70% in BE/B Tech (2007, 2008 & 2009 batch)
Selection Process:
The selection committee comprises of eminent leaders from industry and academia under the guidance of Mr. V. P. Chandan, Director, Aegis; Former President, Qualcomm India; Consultant, World Bank.
Selection process for Category 1 and 2:
- Basic Application ( application, recommendation letters, CV, other documents etc)
- Submit a white paper/ proposal on the work you have done. The white paper should contain an abstract of not more than 500 -1000 words or one page and the paper itself should not exceed three pages.
- Short listing
- Interview
- Please mention subject line application for Cat 1 and 2 in your email while submitting application.

- Application: Download the Alexander Graham Bell Scholarship application form in word format, fill it up and email it back to us along with the scanned copies of other documents at scholarship@aegisedu.org or send it by post.
Candidates can bring the recommendation letters at the time of interview and test.

* Candidates who have any one of the following test scores they need not to appear for the aptitude test.
