Study Loan From Banks
Various Indian banks are offering education loans to Indian candidates, which cover tuition fee as well as entire living expenses of one year, without any security. The loan is subject to the terms and condition of the banks on a case to case basis. Upon confirm admission, Aegis will provide necessary documents to facilitate the processing of your bank loan.
Work Assistance
Aegis helps in arranging some paid work or consulting assignments to cover the cost of education.
Paid Internship
Candidates studying at Aegis will be offered two months live internship with leading firms in Mumbai, India.

Scholarships
A generous range of scholarships are available to students of all nationalities to support full-time study at Aegis School of Business & Telecommunication. All successful candidates are automatically considered for scholarship support and are notified as part of the admissions process.
Prospective students are encouraged to apply early to ensure they are considered for all scholarship opportunities. Please note that scholarships vary in value and have different criteria on which they are awarded. The different Scholarships awarded on an ongoing basis:

Alexander Graham Bell Scholarship:
Aegis has established Alexander Graham Bell scholarships as a tribute to the father of the telephony, Sir Alexander Graham Bell. This scholarship is intended to promote the innovation in telecommunication and to provide recognition for outstanding contributions in this field and also hunt for the potential best brains who can be groomed as leaders and scholars in this field.
These awards are for following category:
1) Telecommunication Technology Innovation for professionals and academicians working in this field.
2) Telecom Business Innovation for professionals working in this field.
3) Next Graham Bell for bachelors/ masters degree candidates of engineering, science and technology of 2010, 2009, 2008 and 2007.
These scholarships shall be awarded through national competitions carried out in transparent manner by the selection committee comprising of eminent people from the academia and industry.
This scholarship endorses Aegis's commitment to hunt the best brains and edifying their careers. We believe that any high caliber individual should not be deprived of higher education opportunities due to lack of financial resources. This attempt will also ensure a reliable supply of highly qualified personnel to meet the needs of growing telecom industry.
Alexander Graham Bell Scholars receive:
- Certificate and Medal of Alexander Graham Bell Scholar in a award ceremony.
- Certificate of Basic Aptitude Test for Employability (BATE).
- Guaranteed admission to Masters Program in Telecom Management (MPTM)/ MBA /MS in Telecom Management or EMPTM/ EMBA in Telecom studies at Aegis.
- This scholarship covers up to 100% tuition fee waiver of INR 450,000 in Full Time Masters Program in Telecom Management (MPTM)/ MBA Telecom and 300,000 in Part Time Executive Program/EMBA.
Eligibility for category 3 (students):
- Minimum score of 70% or 7.5 CGPA (on 10 scale) or 3.5 GPA (on 4 scale) in BS, BE/BTech, MCA, MTech, MSc and MS.
- For candidates from IITs, NITs (former RECs), Mumbai University, Pune University and top 30 Engineering colleges in India Minimum score of 65% or 7.0 CGPA (on 10 scale)
Selection Process:
The selection committee comprises of eminent leaders from industry and academia under the guidance of Mr. V. P. Chandan, Director, Aegis; Former President, Qualcomm India; Consultant, World Bank.
Selection process for Category 1 and 2:
- Basic Application ( application, recommendation letters, CV, other documents etc)
- Submit a white paper/ proposal on the work you have done. The white paper should contain an abstract of not more than 500 -1000 words or one page and the paper itself should not exceed three pages.
- Short listing
- Interview

- Aegis Leadership Scholarships: This scholarship is available for full-time One Year MBA/PGP program at Aegis. It covers up to complete tuition fee waiver of $11,750 and are available for highly motivated & outstanding candidates from all parts of the world. In awarding these scholarships we will be looking for evidence of exceptional leadership qualities in your career till date.
Eligibility: Confirm Admission for full-time One Year MBA/PGP program at Aegis School of Business, Mumbai
- Aegis Women Leadership Scholarships in Business and Technology: It is for outstanding women candidates with demonstrated leadership qualities for studying following full time programs:
- One Year MBA/PGP (candidates require minimum two years of work experience)
- One Year MS Computer Science/ Masters Program in Information Systems (MPIS) (candidates without experience can also apply)
- Masters Program in Telecom Management (MPTM) (candidates without experience can also apply)
- Two Year Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management (candidates without experience can apply)
- One Year Post Graduate Program in Communication (candidates without experience can apply)
- Aegis Entrepreneurship Scholarship: It is for candidates with potential to be groomed as new generation Entrepreneurs. This Scholarship is available for candidates admitted in full-time, One Year MBA/PGP. For this scholarship candidates need to submit a Business Plan including a brief executive summery.
- Aegis MBA/PGP Open Scholarships:
Several scholarships of $1,000-$5,000 are available to self-funded candidates. Selection for these scholarships will focus on the insights provided by your business and managerial experience, technical competency, academic excellence and how these, together with your interpersonal skills, can be used to enhance learning and group work on the Aegis MBA/PGP.
- The Dean's International Diversity Scholarship (available to international students only)
The Dean’s International Diversity Scholarships are available exclusively to international students. The scholarship program has been established to increase opportunities for international students, and reflects our commitment to international diversity. The scholarships recognise the high calibre of international students. Awarded on merit, the scholarships recognise candidates who demonstrate academic excellence, high level of team skill, and who will add value to Aegis School of Business’s International Diversity.

Scholarship Amount:
Scholarships up to $11,750 covering the full or partial tuition fee are available for highly motivated, self-funded individuals.

- LeadCap scholarship:
This scholarship is about promoting consulting and entrepreneurship.
The scholarship would enable them to have an assured internship, with
a stipend, and on the successful completion
and assessment, a job at LeadCap Consuting. Apart from this, they
would also be mentored on a regular basis on the nuances of consulting
and professionalism.
Selection process: candidate interested to apply for this scholarship
must write an essay why they should be offered this scholarship. the
short-listed candidates would be assessed through a test followed by
telephonic interview. Candidates should posses excellent verbal and
written communication skill coupled with analytical capabilities.

Test Scores: Copy of any one of the Test Scores viz. GMAT, GRE, TOEFL (Aegis TOEFL code is 5730), IELTS, CAT, G4ATR, admission letters from Top Universities (not mandatory). Although it is not a mandatory requirement, but it will certainly increase your prospect of getting the scholarship and candidature in the program.
